Necessity of having relation with devotees’ culture in Society by theater (2)

In fact assigning battle to combatants is opened in two frontlines. One is they should fight and the other is they should make some people understood why they are fighting and the second one is the more bitter of the two. Now with this historical distance what should we do? These people who are bombarded with media publicities which reverse each fact as they wish, this is one side of the issue, and on the other side many economical problems are available during existing time which makes the difficulties of the issue worse. So, a culture which has found its formation could be forgotten. In order to follow our main goal I have to open another sub issue and look at this issue at a glance that it is a job of a great organization named ministry of training and education but before considering this special sub issue I should give my regards to all martyr training and educational department, all its students or teachers which may God bless and their memory will be with us forever.

It is true that school is everyone's second home who is going to activate a wheel from thousand wheels of economy, culture and politics in this country. The main source of reaching these are training and educating. The point is what this organization does to make a base for future thoughts, moral and political activities in order to ever last and distribute what we have gained during these 8 years? Maybe having a look at training titles will solve this question more easily, and what this department has taught in the field of literature. So, we could offer it as a document and says I have done my share to provide and prolong this revolution.
But what stay in the minds is the lessons which every one gets in the beginning days of his entrance in an educational environment. If each page had a literature point for reminding memorial events of this defense, it requires ages and status for taking advantages of what was more possible.
And the recent distance could not be felt anymore. Then Today’s student would not ask who Hemat is. Was Jahan Ara an Iranian? What is making this culture understand and admire the hard and colorless maybe is because we only took measures in keeping the memory of martyrs, no this is not correct! But why these memorial ceremonies exist? And why these people have memorial ceremonies at all? Why they have done these great jobs? These are the main issues. The other issue is moving away from these martyrs like in our negotiations and memorial services, sometimes we speak about them like they were not from this world and accessing them is not possible. But they are same humans as those who walk in the streets which we see every day and make close and far connection with, without having such an imagination about them. And in a case this first issue comes in mentioned literatures and performances is because we see people in other performance, other than defending ones, then getting close to these people starts to begin. Foundation of martyrs had some theater exhibitions and tried to follow this idea some how. It means this foundation brought theater to be involved with martyr's children and also tried to make their beliefs everlasting at the same time. But these exhibitions which I do not know if still exist or not? Were not without problem which should be studied in an individual discussion. And this study should be based on whether these exhibitions were able to satisfy an authority’s required beliefs or not? Or what kinds of scientific investments should be made to improve this process? Originally, performing is the best way of describing and is an object to push psychological stresses down which are hurting people unwillingly. But why this strong power should be destroyed because of not understanding manuals? One of its main problems was this. This exhibition was only for SHAHED school members and the second problem was especially in the sub provinces. They did not take advantage of having professional people. We passed 8 years of war to provide an everlasting culture. If Aashoura culture stayed in minds forever it’s because each generations passed it to the next as a belief. This is the best reason to prolong a belief, it means the performing way. Because not only it is an experience but a scientific judge too. If words come in a performing theater, they will stay in minds longer.
What a today's student has in his social and family environment refers to his educational life? In the past the media was not as extended. For different occasions Moharam performing groups were describing Karbala events in alleys and streets. Or in coffee shops narrating and reading SHAHNAMEH was a usual thing to do. A narrator had pointed to great legends in his work too. All of these jobs together provided a culture which its result was the bravery of combatants in today frontlines. They based defending morality according to their knowledge of past and programming once again, we start talking about training and educating in a perspective to people who do not know about their past and the way it stayed stable and took out as a cultural formation and just like Zahak who had snakes on his shoulder and was trying to make drain youth brains. Today’s generation if we don’t want to exaggerate should say had lost his connection with its past, if we don’t want to say stopped his connection with past.
We should think for a new way to vitalize it. There are a few published books which are done by responsible organizations about war referring to those days’ sacrifices and braveries and with this way of reading in Iran is it possible! Youths read only their educational books and some tricky newspapers too.
How do we expect to transfer the past and the way of living and thoughts to this generation? After two decades have passed since the revolution and holy defense being finished we are so sorry. That stories and articles referring to these subjects are still not available in school literature books and if any issue is published in them, it is a forced subject and registered as a "war" subject. Why is the obvious fact that these people defended themselves, not fighting is on people's minds. Yet this difference between fighting and defending is not clear to people. When we talk about people's minds we mean, the young belief and points of view. As a teacher I am faced with this bitter fact so many times that Iranian social defense has not made its way to our literature for facing with an extended offense, hour after hour as days pass we are much farther form its original point. What kind of a media could fill this gap? This is a major question which showing and performing is the only answer. An answer which its function is authorized. There is no doubt that in scripting and writing performance literature many countries are far ahead of us and this is because of many reasons. One of its reasons is because of having good cultural knowledge about their people knowing their legends and paying special attentions to religious issues. In other movies rather than Iranian movies they do not look at this subject directly but during their texts and artistic structures they look over this point and above all they protect the main issue by their suppliers in many different ways. Much financial investments are down to showing a ball entering in a gate, on TV and newspapers followed by the voice of happiness from people, also in written and images in the media it is the same way too.
Each youth knows about the listed names of those who are playing ball all over the world. Do they have an empty place in their brain to remember the names of people who were guarding Kurdistan to Khoramshahr with their blood and soul? No, Because we did not even register their names in our memories, just for annual memorial days or weeks and that was it. Isn’t that true that during war and defending times life passes normally. Children are born. Those who have finished their time of living will die and those who found a mach for themselves will marry. When a house is destroyed, from very early moment its owner has a re instructing plans in his mind. Many never came back home and some will be looking at doors forever. Many came back to their homes with many memories and signs on their body from their defense and are happy because they fought like men should fight , but people do not pay enough attention to them instead they make them have doubts as to what they have done. Could these facts be a literature subject for a performance?
One good result that derived from showing these beliefs as performance is because performing is a live object, it could be more easily believed and above all human is a creature of seeing and touching, moves and performance will fill this emptiness for him. But along with this job he should do something else and that is finding out why people are running away from war performances? And trying to provide a situation for those who are found of these kinds of performance could have an opportunity to study them in a convenient way without having any economical problems or such….
Because a country needs leading forces in a way for guarding its moral and cultural heritage as well as engineers, doctors and…
It is very unfair to say people have forgotten this culture completely. Our main problem is, we did not understand how thirsty our culture is so we didn’t feed it with enough providence; people are willing to learn about cultural events but aren’t formally performing .This is very obvious.
Martyr foundation should find a way to penetrate this road. Maybe writers central departments having exhibitions with free performing subjects in different cities.
We should not forget those educational environments will train future forces in this country. Investing in this issue and providing performing groups without focusing on the point that how they connect with SHAHED schools or not.
